TRANSFERS • Send money instantly with Interac eTransfer®. • Autodeposit and Request Money with Interac eTransfer®. • Transfer money between your Alterna Savings accounts. • Transfer funds to and from your accounts in another financial institution. • Interac e-Transfer® for Business to allow you to receive payments in real-time from participating financial institutions with rich remittance data for reconciling transactions with less reliance on paperwork to streamline your records. DEPOSIT • Quickly and securely deposit cheques – all you need to do is take a picture with your phone or tablet. LOCATE BRANCHES/ATMs • Search or use your current location to find nearby branches and ATMs. SECURITY • Your security is our top priority, which is why our mobile banking app uses the same level of secure protection as our full Online Banking. • Set-up security notifications to your cell phone or email. LANGUAGES • Supports English and French. To take full advantage of the Alterna Saving's app, you must be an Alterna Savings member, plus already be registered for and have logged into Online Banking. If you’re not an Online Banking user, you can still use the locator feature to find the closest ATM, including THE EXCHANGE® Network ATMs, check our rates or quickly find our contact information.
