Vehicle can be upgraded: Engine, Brakes, Suspension, Rocket Booster, N2O Booster, Body Color etc. You can equip vehicles with Rocket Booster and feel the true power of a rocket engine attached to the car, you will be able to fly with that thing attached on the back of your car. You can also equip the car with a N2O Booster which increases the output power of the engine.
