This is the official app for Seoul Public Bicycle (Seoul Bicycle - Ttareungi) operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, allowing users to sign up, purchase rental passes, rent, return, and check rental station locations. It was established to promote bicycle use as a means of daily transportation, aiming to solve Seoul's traffic congestion, air pollution, and high oil price issues, thereby enhancing the quality of life for a healthier society and its citizens. Eligibility: 13 years and older (13-year-olds require membership registration) Operating Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Rental Fees: 1-hour pass: ₩1,000 for 1-day / ₩3,000 for 1 week, ₩5,000 for 1 month, ₩15,000 for 6 months, ₩30,000 for 1 year 2-hour pass: ₩2,000 for 1-day / ₩4,000 for 1 week, ₩7,000 for 1 month, ₩20,000 for 6 months, ₩40,000 for 1 year 01. Purchasing a Rental Pass Passes can be purchased on the 'Seoul Bicycle Website' or through the 'Seoul Bicycle - Ttareungi' app. The app can be downloaded and installed from your smartphone app store. 02. Renting a Bicycle - LCD Type Ttareungi: Enter the bicycle number on the rental screen -> Enter your pass number on the LCD to rent. - QR Type Ttareungi: Scan the QR code to rent a Ttareungi. 03. Safe Riding Before riding, always check the brakes, tires, and chain condition. For rider safety, wear safety gear such as a helmet and obey traffic laws. To ensure safe Ttareungi operation, please refrain from using earphones. 04. Returning a Bicycle Bicycles can be returned to any Seoul Bicycle rental station within Seoul. The rental is complete once the bicycle's lock is secured.
