The Sahabat Super App for the Koperasi Sahabat ecosystem is developed as a platform to improve the quality of Koperasi Sahabat service delivery as it is not limited to area, time and category of the services, facilities as well as members through the incorporation of digital elements. Additionally, it gives Koop Sahabat members exciting and refreshing mobile app experience, consist of full suite of services including value added services, all in one Super App. Furthermore, the Super App will increase the adoption of digital or epayment transactions which is in line with the company’s business plan which provides more convenience than the traditional practice for payment. Finally , the Sahabat Super App is developed to further improve and enhance the level of communication and support services between the Koperasi Sahabat and its members.
