AOMS TOT jr: Professionelle 3D-Fußscans mit TrueDepth®

To broaden the use of 3D foot scanning technology on iOS platforms, we now add an TrueDepth® app named AOMS TOT jr to our AOMS TOT family. The original AOMS TOT app is used on iPad with the Structure Sensor, while AOMS TOT jr is operated without any externally attached sensor. It makes a much smaller hardware and reliable. With the emergence of the built-in TrueDepth® camera in some iPhone and iPad models, we are now able to use this newest technology for the orthotic industry. Together with the systematic setup we developed for foot scanning, AOMS TOT jr is aimed to give foot professionals a versatile tool to acquire 3D contour of the plantar surface of the foot. Besides emails, files are accessible through Apple's Files App. Special considerations regarding ‘neutral position casting’ were taken into account during development. This app was developed with iPhone XR and iPad Pro 11-inch (2nd Gen). The popular 3D OBJ files generated from the app are meant to be used in the AOMS systems to have foot orthotics made.
