Who are we? Pray As You Go is a home for the rhythm of your prayer life. We are a Christian prayer app; an audio sanctuary enabling you to find space in your life, to root and recharge with consoling guidance and inspiration, available wherever you go. We use contemplative prayer reflection, scripture and music to help you embrace both the steady rhythms of daily devotion and the deep moments of discovering God. All of our content is always free, no subscription required. What do we offer you? We have been accompanying prayer journeys for 19 years. At the heart of our work is our daily guided prayer session, lasting 10-13 minutes. Even in the short time, many people's lives have changed over the years through an encounter with Christ. Whether you're looking to have a steady rhythm with our daily prayers, or explore our wider content including Examen review prayers, imaginative contemplations, sleep prayers, mental health prayer guides or just to stay close to Scripture, we've got content for you. We also have a range of prayers for children and guides available in sign language. What spirituality do we use? We are based on the spirituality of St Ignatius of Loyola, and we're a work of the Jesuits in Britain. This involves the practice of slowing down, looking out for the movements of God in all areas of our lives and living out all of our contemplation by putting it into action. Although we are a Catholic app, our audience is from a wide range of denominations (fun fact: we're about 50% Catholic, 50% Protestant), so there's something for everyone!
