News The news section of our app puts everything in one easily accessible news feed. Whether it’s the quarterly newsletter with key points of interest, announcements, reminders or upcoming events, you can easily refer to it and discover what’s going on. Events Calendar Keeping up to date with training and events can be quite the juggling act. The events section in the Healthzone app displays a calendar full of clinic timings and training sessions, so you have all the upcoming events at your fingertips. You can easily add an event to your calendar, helping you and your families plan and manage your healthcare services. Health Information The information section of our app is where you can access information 24 hours a day to help you manage your condition or key information. This can include patient information leaflets, advice on managing illness, how-to guides, training, advice on travelling safely and access to staff benefits. Having a central source of information on the app will empower you to self-manage more confidently and efficiently. Contacts The contacts section contains all the contacts you will need, making it easy to get hold of the correct person the first time. Numbers for working hours, out-of-hours and emergencies are all listed in one convenient place. E-mails can be sent quickly and easily, with a pre-populated template for increased efficiency. Alerts The alerts feature makes it possible to receive immediate alerts. You can subscribe to notification channels that are relevant to your condition or interests. This way, if you receive an urgent medical alert, you are notified immediately on your device, without the need for individual letters, calls or texts. Alerts can also be used to send reminders for important training or events, to help you manage your time. Feedback A collaborative approach to care. Our feedback feature enables forms and surveys to be completed and submitted via the app enabling you to provide feedback on what works or does not work for you and suggestions for improvement. Privacy This app is designed so that you will not share any personal data or manufacturer or network unique device identifiers with us when you download it. There is no advertising on the app. We do not use cookies to track you before or after you have left the app. We will never sell or share any data about users of this app with any commercial third parties.
