Michigan Medicine offers easy access to your medical care through the patient portal at MyUofMHealth. If you are a current patient at Michigan Medicine, you can request a patient portal account during a clinic visit or at MyUofMHealth.org. Some of the features and functions available to you through your MyUofMHealth patient portal include*: •eCheck-In: Verify information to save time when you arrive for your visit •Fast Pass: Get notification if earlier appointments become available •Communicate with your care team •Request appointments for you and your children •View appointments and receive reminders •Fill out questionnaires prior to your visit •Review test/lab results •Request refills of eligible medications •View billing statements and pay your bill* •Conduct E-Visits: Submit a questionnaire regarding your symptoms for a variety of conditions and receive a quick reply from a Michigan Medicine provider through the MyUofMHealth portal* •Track your health and link to other health apps – i.e. steps, weight •Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs *Not all features available for all user accounts
