PEWS Vitaks is a simple reference app designed to display normal paediatric vital signs by age from birth to 18 years, alongside a built-in PEWS score calculator. Users can quickly view what is considered normal, mildly abnormal, or critically abnormal for heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, temperature and oxygen saturation. The PEWS tab allows entry of observed vital signs to generate a structured score with transparent point allocation. The app is intended for education and awareness only, not for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making. It provides clear visual ranges, fast access to age-based data, and practical explanations to support safer interpretation of vital signs in children.
