At laya healthcare we are constantly trying to make things a little easier for our members and our recent app update allows you to manage your health insurance and healthcare needs all in the one place. Simply take or upload a picture of your day to day medical expense receipts and submit them directly to our Claims Department for assessment through the Laya App. We have also amalgamated our CareOnCall app so that members can contact Digital GP services including face to face video consultations with a GP, an online prescription service and access to home testing kits. Because this is an app you will want to keep using, we’ve enabled Touch & Face ID for speedy and secure login.
