SPREAD THE COST WITH FLEXPAY Black Horse FlexPay is a digital credit account which lets you buy now and spread the cost of your purchases at participating retailers. Our secure mobile app lets you manage your FlexPay account anywhere, anytime. To sign in, use the FlexPay username and passcode which you created when you applied for FlexPay. NEW TO OUR APP? The app allows you to: Change your settings so you can log on quickly and securely with Touch ID, Face ID or a 3-character combination from your passcode. Manage your account – check your current balance, how much you need to pay each month, and available credit limit. Browse all of the retailers who you can shop with using FlexPay. View your latest transactions, including transactions that are still pending. Check the progress of your instalment plans. Make repayments on your account. Set up or manage your Direct Debit. Access your statements and letters through your Digital Inbox. Update your contact details. View our contact details and FAQ’s. You can find plenty of other information in the app by using our ‘Search’ tool. GETTING STARTED All you need is: A FlexPay account The FlexPay username and passcode you created when you applied for FlexPay. KEEPING YOU SAFE ONLINE We use the latest online security measures to protect your money, your personal information, and your privacy. HOW WE’LL CONTACT YOU Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any texts we send will come from BLACK HORSE.
