Guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada nasabah, BANK BPD BALI meluncurkan aplikasi perbankan BPDBALI Mobile. BPDBALI Mobile adalah aplikasi yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone oleh nasabah PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali. Aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile menyediakan fleksibilitas dan kenyamanan untuk nasabah dalam melakukan beragam layanan dam transaksi perbankan melalui smartphone menggunakan koneksi Internet. Fitur utama dari aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile adalah: 1. Transfer antar cabang Bank secara online (transaksi pindah buku). 2. Transfer antar Bank segera akan di implementasikan. 3. Pembayaran Tagihan dan Pembelian. 4. Informasi Saldo Rekening. 5. Rekening Koran. 6. Pencarian ATM dan lokasi Cabang terdekat. Cara Penggunaan: 1. Untuk pemakaian pertama, anda perlu melakukan registrasi ke Customer Service Cabang Bank terdekat untuk mendaftarkan nomor handphone yang akan dipergunakan untuk mengakses aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile. 2. Setelah melakukan registrasi di Customer Service, selanjutnya customer melakukan registrasi di ATM. 3. Di ATM customer memasukkan nomor handphone yang telah didaftarkan di Customer Service dan memasukkan 6 angka sebagai password yang akan dipergunakan untuk mengakses aplikasi BPDBALI mobile. 4. Username aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile anda akan diberikan secara otomatis dan tercetak dalam Slip transaksi ATM. 5. Kode Aktivasi akan dikirimkan melalui SMS ke nomor handphone yang telah didaftarkan di ATM. 6. Download aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile . 7. Aktifkan aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile di smartphone. 8. Untuk aktifasi aplikasi, anda akan diminta untuk: a. Masukkan username dan password. b. Masukkan Kode Aktifasi. c. Masukkan alamat Email. d. Menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile. e. Masukkan Mobile PIN yang terdiri dari 6 angka. Mobile PIN ini akan dipergunakan setiap kali nasabah melakukan transaksi pada aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile. 9. Setelah menyelesaikan proses registrasi dan aktivasi, maka aplikasi BPDBALI Mobile siap dipergunakan. Untuk keterangan lebih lanjut, silahkan menghubungi Kantor Cabang BANK BPD BALI terdekat.
