With Loa, your classes are intentionally programmed each week by our founder, Dr. Lauren Shelton. Now you can feel confident that your workouts are effective for muscle growth, while still being gentle on the body as a whole. SUSTAINABLE MOVEMENT A steady approach to strengthening that focuses on how you feel now, and 10 years from now. We believe fitness should leave you feeling better, not broken.
