Summary

This mobile app receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, primarily stemming from persistent issues with login and subscription access that prevent users from accessing purchased content. Users frequently report significant performance problems, including slow loading times, sluggishness, freezing, and general instability across various devices, with some noting specific bugs like past purchases becoming inaccessible after an update on iPad Air 2 iOS 13.3. While the "Make" magazine's content is generally well-regarded, the app's poor user experience, characterized by a dated and unintuitive interface alongside ineffective customer support, severely detracts from its utility, despite some users reporting recent improvements.
