Summary

The app for store_id '1664432486' receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, primarily due to critical technical issues. A significant number of international users and even Danish users are unable to register or log in because SMS verification codes fail to arrive for various phone numbers (e.g., AU, HK, DE, UK, US, UA, NO, BE, SE). Users frequently report payment failures, slow performance, and tickets not loading reliably, sometimes leading to the risk of fines. Many express strong dissatisfaction, often comparing it unfavorably to the previous DOT app, which they describe as more intuitive and reliable, and also lament the lack of essential features like automatic renewal for commuter cards.
