It sends timely reminders to keep you mindful of your stress state and helps you learn to regulate and manage stress so your body and mind stay in a comfortable, balanced state. Through data analysis, it provides valuable insights to help you find inner calm and ease. ◎ What StressBook can help you do * Quickly view your current HRV-based stress level on your iPhone and Apple Watch * Explore detailed, comprehensive historical analyses to better understand your stress cycles * See real-time stress, vitality, and body energy levels * Review daily health indicators on the Insights page * Log water intake, with configurable drinks such as coffee, milk tea, and more * Relieve stress and anxiety with multiple breathing exercises and improve sleep onset * Do Kegel training * Measure accurate HRV in real time (this feature requires Apple Watch ECG support and is not available on all models or in all regions) * Tag stress records and add notes for easy review * Get wellness tips from wellness-focused watch faces ◎ Apple Health integration StressBook reads heart-related health data from your Apple Watch via Apple Health.
