Construída de acordo com o interesse do cidadão, a App SNS 24 reúne a informação de saúde do cidadão numa aplicação residente no seu smartphone ou tablet. Através desta aplicação, o cidadão pode aceder a um vasto conjunto de informações de saúde, designadamente o seu Boletim de Vacinas, as suas Receitas, Alergias ou os seus Exames. Em adição, são disponibilizados serviços que permitem o registo de medições específicas de saúde (Glicémia, Pressão Arterial, Índice de Massa Corporal), a realização de Teleconsultas ou possibilidade de solicitar a renovação de Medicação Habitual.
