Quando um banco ou instituição financeira associada ao FGC é submetida ao processo de intervenção ou liquidação pelo Banco Central do Brasil, os depositantes e investidores têm o direito a garantia prestada, até os limites da regulamentação. O Aplicativo FGC permite que o pagamento da garantia seja realizado de forma online e segura, considerando: • Coleta de informações com validação de identidade, através de confirmação por SMS e e-mail; • Validação de documentos e informações para disponibilização de informações apenas ao usuário cadastrado, preservando a confidencialidade dos dados; • Realização de pedido de pagamento de garantia de forma 100% online, para não precisar ir com uma cópia dos documentos em uma agência bancária; • Acompanhamento de todas as etapas do processo pelo aplicativo, até a realização do pagamento da garantia.
