Você também poderá localizar o ponto de atendimento mais próximo, além de obter todas as informações disponíveis em nosso site institucional. Tudo isso de forma fácil e prática, pensando muito mais em você. Para acessar os serviços do aplicativo o cliente deve utilizar as mesmas informações de acesso do Internet Banking, veja como é fácil: 01. Inicialmente o usuário deve ter o nome e senha de acesso (8 caracteres) do internet Banking. Caso o cliente não possua senha de acesso ou autorização basta utilizar o botão "Cadastrar/alterar acesso" do app e realizar o cadastro de suas senhas (bastando para isso que seus dados de telefone e e-mail estejam devidamente atualizados junto a sua agência de relacionamento). 02. Através deste acesso o usuário poderá Consultar seu Saldo e Extrato. 03. Para realizar transações financeiras o usuário deve utilizar sua senha de autorização (8 números) e Token. 04. Para o cadastro do token o cliente precisa ter sua senha do cartão (6 números) cadastrada e ativa.
