The DOTS Go+ mobile app is a handy version of DOTS HR, developed to enable Employees with remote access to the company's HR services. It provide a single tool where you can manage both your HR and attendance. DOTS Go+ allows you to record staff attendance along with a selfie, the time, and the location. Managers will benefit - Dashboard with notification, leave balance, request from team members - Personal profile with document expiry, monthly payslip - Place leave request, sick leave or any other requests - Notification for all requests from subordinates - Direct approval from mobile app - View company announcements - Manage Staff attendance and confirm presence in the workplace or at the designated location Employees will benefit - Dashboards for attendance overview and leave overview with balance leave, utilised leave etc - Profile with document expiry, monthly payslip - Place annual leave request, sick leave or any other requests - Request salary certificate, NOC etc - View company announcements  - Attendance using a selfie and geofencing  - Able to self-report their attendance  - Total working hours and Overtime hours
