V aplikaci vždy vidí i předpokládaný přeplatek nebo nedoplatek, a tak nedojde k nečekanému překvapení ve vyúčtování. Je třeba jen průběžně zadávat do innosvěta stav z plynoměru či elektroměru. innosvět je mobilní aplikace i webový portál. Do innosvěta je jednotné přihlášení pomocí innogy účtu.
