K365 Mobil uygulaması ile Eğitim365 ve ALMS Akademik Yönetim Sistemlerini kullanan kurumların öğrencileri ve eğitmenleri uygulamaya ekli kurumlarını seçerek kendilerine tanımlanan kullanıcı adı ve şifreleri ile sisteme girebilir. Kullanıcılar uygulama içerisinden derslerini, derslerin altında paylaşılmış sanal sınıf, ödev, video, doküman, sınav vb. eğitim içeriklerini görebilir ve katılabilir.
