Features: Client Dashboard: Stay informed of recently added and updated property records; get updates on properties you have selected through the Watch List; stay organized by tracking your properties of importance with Actions and Notes; follow trends in your territory with a suite of visual displays in the Chart Gallery and access custom-built searches and your saved searches to receive an updated list of relevant properties. Property Activity: View and access new and updated records in your territory. Watch List: Easily monitor properties of importance to aid in your strategic and future planning. Receive notifications of updates to such things as project stage, start dates, decision-maker contacts, and other information as soon as it becomes available. Any property can be added to your Watch List by clicking the eye icon on a record. These properties will appear in a list that you can organize and review. Actions and Notes: Manage projects and stay on top of your business pipeline using our straightforward CRM-like functionality. Write notes on any individual property record. Convert any note into an action by scheduling a follow-up date. Set email or in-app notifications on any property that requires follow-up. Search: Perform searches for properties or companies using selected criteria, keywords or a proximity filter. Search criteria can be revised and sorted. Properties can be viewed in a summary format, clicked on for a more detailed view, or on an interactive map. All searches can be saved for future reference. Quick Find: Search your entire platform with any keyword string and receive matching projects, hotels, companies and contacts. Saved Searches: Save any search criteria important to your business strategy. By clicking on any saved search from the dashboard, you will automatically receive an updated set of records that fits your previously saved criteria. Mapping: Quickly and easily visualize a found set of properties or companies on an interactive map. Properties can be viewed by chain scale, record type, project stage, room count and franchise company. Clicking on any property pin will result in a property detail pop-up window where you can click for more details, add the property to your Watch List or create a Note. Chart Gallery: View a full suite of graphical presentations of industry trends in your territory to support your strategic planning.
