نبذة عن النظام : إن النظام الالكتروني الجديد هو جزء من برنامج الحكومة الإلكترونية لتطوير و تنفيذ خدمات حكومية (Cross-Governmental eservices) و التي تقدمها وزارة الداخلية (مديرية الجنسية و شؤون الأجانب ومديرية الاستثمار ) بالتعاون مع إدارة الإقامة و الحدود / الامن العام ، بالإضافة إلى الوزارات و الدوائر الحكومية الأخرى. وتنقسم هذه الخدمات الى المجموعات التالية : • خدمات التأشيرات • خدمات الاقامات السنوية • وثيقة سفر اضطرارية المزايا يوفر النظام الالكتروني للحكومة العديد من المزايا والتي تحقق اهداف الحكومة الالكترونية ومن اهمها : • تقديم خدمات أفضل للأفراد و قطاع الأعمال من خلال توفير الخدمات الإلكترونية على مدار الساعة • تحسين مستوى تقديم الخدمات و رفع مستوى الشفافية في التعامل • رفع كفاءة و إنتاجية القطاع العام و توفير آليات لمراقبة مستوى الأداء (KPIs) • توفير الوقت والجهد والكلفة • التقليل من الكادر البشري اللازم للعمل على الخدمات المقدمة كما ويوفر النظام العديد من المزايا لمتلقي الخدمة ومنها : • تقديم الطلب الكترونيا • متابعة طلبه الكترونيا من خلال تبليغه عبر الرسائل القصيرة والبريد الالكتروني • امكانية الاستعلام مباشرة عن الطلبات المقدمة من خلال التطبيق • امكانية الدفع الالكتروني من خلال الربط مع نظام الدفع الإلكتروني eFawateerCom . • توفير الوقت والجهد والتكلفة • الحصول على اشعار الموافقة من خلال التطبيق المعاملات التي يمكن تقديمها الكترونيا • اصدار / تجديد تأشيرة بقصد الزيارة • اصدار/ تجديد تأشيرة بقصد المرور • اصدار تأشيرة خروج وعودة • اصدار/تجديد تأشيرة بقصد الدراسة • اصدار/تجديد تأشيرة بقصد العمل • إصدار / تجديد إقامة بقصد العمل • إصدار/ تجديد إقامة بقصد الدراسة • إصدار/تجديد إقامة بمهنة بلا-بموجب وديعة بنكية • إصدار/ تجديد اقامة سنوية (أفراد عائلة، التحاق بعائل) • نقل اذن اقامة • وثيقة سفر إضطرارية • طلب تمديد إذن إقامة مؤقتة • طلب فصل عن إذن إقامة سنوي • طلب إضافة إلى إذن إقامة سنوي • إلغاء إقامة سنوية بمهنة (بلا) وديعة بنكية • إلغاء إقامة بقصد العمل • إلغاء إقامة بقصد الدراسة • إلغاء إقامة سنوية (أفراد عائلة، التحاق بعائل) • تأشيرة بقصد العلاج • تأشيرة بقصد السياحة • طلب إلغاء قرار إبعاد كيفية تقديم الطلبات الالكترونيه • يجب على متلقي الخدمة التسجيل على النظام الالكتروني ضمن معطيات معينة بحيث يصبح له حساب الكتروني يمكنه من تقديم جميع طلباته على النظام من خلال هذا الحساب الخاص به ( حاليا او مستقبلا ) والمتضمن البيانات الكاملة والخاصة بمقدم الطلب على اختلاف أنواع التسجيل (أفراد، مؤسسات، ...) • بعد تفعيل الحساب يمكن لمتلقي الخدمة تقديم طلبات ضمن الخدمات المعرفة في النظام إلكترونيا بناء على نوع التسجيل الخاص بالمستخدم • الاستعلام عن المعاملة في أي وقت من خلال حسابه الخاص . • استلام الاشعار بالقرار النهائي او المراجعة او التفصيلات الاضافية عبر بريده الالكتروني وهاتفه الخلوي . • يمكن دفع المستحقات المالية على أنواعها (بدل خدمة، كفالات ... إلخ) من خلال الربط مع نظام الدفع الإلكتروني eFawateerCom نوع التسجيل ( لمتلقي الخدمة ) : يمكن لمتلقي الخدمة اختيار احد الانواع التالية من قائمة نوع التسجيل وهي : • افراد • شركات • مؤسسات حكومية • مؤسسات تعليمية • بعثات دبلوماسية ومنظمات دولية واقليمية • مؤسسات المجتمع المدني ( اندية،جمعيات،نقابات ، ... ) • مستشفيات • مؤسسات خاصة التعامل مع الطلبات المقدمه من خارج المملكه • يمكن تقديم طلبات التأشيرات ووثيقة السفر الاضطرارية من خلال السفارة لمتلقي الخدمة خارج المملكة • يمكن لمتلقي الخدمة اعتماد السفارة الأقراب لمراجعة طلبه إن لزم الأمر • يمكن لمتلقي الخدمة طباعة التأشيرة من خلال السفارة ودفع الرسوم يدويا The new electronic system is part of the e-government program for the development and implementation of government services (Cross-Governmental eservices) provided by the Ministry of Interior
