Esta aplicación calcula y representa gráficamente el Z-Score y el percentil de los principales indicadores antropométricos en toda la edad pediatrica, además de realizar un análisis detallado de la velocidad de crecimiento, utilizando como referencia los días de vida. Fue desarrollada y programada por Gerson Rodríguez, Especialista en Pediatría. Características Principales: 1. Gráficos y Calculos de Percentiles y Z-Score, segun los parametros de la OMS/CDC, con una sensibilidad basada en los días de vida, con el propósito de garantizar una evaluación del crecimiento precisa, en los indicadores: * Peso/Talla. * Peso/Edad. * Altura/Edad. * IMC/Edad. * Perímetro cefálico/Edad. 2. Análisis de Velocidad de Crecimiento: Evalúa el incremento en longitud, peso o perímetro cefálico, mostrando Z-scores, percentiles y gráficos que destacan el progreso entre evaluaciones. 2.1 Análisis cuantitativo del déficit o exceso de crecimiento: Para cada indicador calcula la diferencia exacta entre el niño y cada curva (–3 a +3 DS). 3. Curvas de Talla, Peso e IMC para niños y niñas con Parálisis Cerebral, estratificadas por el Gross Motor Function Classification System (I-V), con el nivel V dividido en aquellos que requieren sonda de alimentación (TF) y los que no (NT). Publicado por: Jordan Brooks, en Pediatrics 128.2: e299-e307. 4. Calculo de las necesidades hidricas diarias, siguiendo el método de Holliday y Segar o considerando la superficie corporal. 5. Crear y gestionar bases de datos de pacientes, incluyendo Percentiles, Z-score y medidas antropométricas para un seguimiento más completo. 6. Importa y exporta fácilmente la base de datos para una gestión más flexible y práctica. 7. Gráficos y Calculos para neonatos prematuros, basados en las referencias de FENTON de ultima generación, INTERGROWTH-21st y OLSEN (2010). 8. Graficos de crecimiento para pacientes con síndrome de DOWN: Adaptadas, especialmente para esta población. Los resultados de esta aplicación se fundamentan en el modelo LMS (Distribución de Cox: Asimetría, Media y Coeficiente de Variación) aplicado a cada indicador de crecimiento: altura, peso, IMC y perimetro cefálico.
