El "Portal del empleado - RRHH" es una herramienta on-line que permite a la empresa y a los trabajadores consultar sus nóminas, contratos, dietas, kilometraje y vacaciones y horario, entre otras funcionalidades. ¿Qué funcionalidades tiene para la empresa? COMUNICACIONES La empresa puede comunicar a los empleados eventos y novedades de la empresa e información relativa a documentación personal. PERSONAL Acceso directo a datos relativos a los contratos de los trabajadores y los accesos al portal. DOCUMENTACIÓN La empresa sube la documentación de los trabajadores y tiene un histórico de todos los documentos subidos. PLAN DE FORMACIONES Se muestran los datos de las formaciones que tendrán lugar y los empleados inscritos juntamente con el crédito de formación consumido y pendiente (Fundación Tripartita). DIETAS Y KILOMETRAJE Acceso a los gastos que los empleados han informado en concepto de dietas y kilometraje y los puede gestionar (aprobar, denegar y pagar). VACACIONES Se muestra y se puede gestionar el calendario de vacaciones del personal; vacaciones aprobadas, pendientes y coincidencias con otros empleados. REGISTRO DE HORAS Aparecen las horas realizadas por los empleados. ¿Qué funcionalidades tiene para el empleado? DOCUMENTACIÓN Acceso on-line a toda la documentación contractual con la empresa y los documentos que la empresa quiera compartir con sus empleados. COMUNICACIÓN El trabajador recibe comunicaciones de la empresa: si las vacaciones solicitadas han sido aceptadas, si tiene el DNI informado caducado, etc. INTRODUCCIÓN DE GASTOS El empleado puede entrar sus gastos laborales: dietas, kilometraje... de manera cómoda y ágil adjuntando los tickets correspondientes. CALENDARIO DE VACACIONES Y AHORRO El trabajador dispone de su calendario laboral donde quedan registradas las vacaciones, los días de permiso y el horario laboral. Puede solicitar los días de vacaciones y se le informa de los que dispone. REGISTRO JORNADA DE TRABAJO El empleado registra su jornada de trabajo y puede indicar si hace horas extras/complementarias. PLAN DE FORMACIÓN Acceso a su propio calendario de formación con un registro de las formacones que se le proponent, pudiendolas acceptar directarmente e integradas al calendario de Outlook.
