Enjoy music, news, talk shows, and sports from your favorite stations anytime, all in one simple app. We provide access to publicly available, commercial-free radio streams that are freely accessible on the internet to users worldwide and do not require special permissions or licenses. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content and do not intentionally infringe on the rights of copyright holders. We believe that the use of such publicly available content falls under fair use principles. If you believe that any content available in the application infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us, and we will promptly review the request and remove the content if necessary. For radio station owners: • If you would like your radio station to be added to the application, please contact us and we will be happy to include it. • If you prefer that your radio station not be listed in the application, please contact us and we will remove it immediately upon request. Radio stations may become unavailable or be removed at any time without prior notice. No content provided through the application may be reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form without the explicit permission of the respective rights holders. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
