Description

The Sup App is a on water and off water, stand up paddleboarding, exercise and training companion. This app is designed to help you train smarter, whether on water or land. By understanding your fitness level, the app tailors your experience to ensure that you exercise effectively. While exercising a narrator will instruct you and the pace is clearly marked using a metronome. Filters are used to locate and select the exercise of your choice. Filters include. 1. Purpose. Depending on the purpose of your exercise you can select from strength, fitness, technique, warmup, cooldown, speed, power, activation, agility, board control, indoor sup, frequency and recovery. 2. Level. Depending on your personal fitness level you can select from entry, intermediate, advanced, elite and pro. 3. Zone. Depending on your training goal you can select from zone zero up to zone eight. The app is free to use for all users. The app include. - 200+ number exercises - 40+ exercises specially tailored for indoor SUP - filter functions to find your preferred exercise - setting to skip learning content during exercising - setting to skip intro and outro sections during exercising - delayed start so you have time to place your phone in a waterproof case - access to all available narrators on your device - voice (narrator) volume control - voice (narrator) rate (speed) control - voice (narrator) pitch control - several pace (paddle speed) sound choices - pace (paddle speed) volume control - pace, cadence (paddle speed) up/down adjustment control. - all available languages Users need to register and login using email and password or login using their Apple account or Google account.
