This improved version of the TimeMoto app enables your employees to clock in and out, as well as view their worked hours with an optimized reliability! Not to mention your access as a Supervisor to a real-time attendance list. On top of this, THREE NEW FEATURES were added: absence request, fire roll call and geofencing. For use with the TimeMoto Cloud time and attendance system. FEATURES - EMPLOYEE Clock in and out with one touch. View your personal clocking actions in real time. NEW - Absence request: request a day-off or another absence and see if this request gets approved. NEW - Fire roll call: activate a roll call in case of incidents if you are listed as an emergency response officer. FEATURES - SUPERVISOR View a real-time attendance list of your employees. NEW - Absence request: receive absence requests from your employees and approve or reject them. NEW - Geofencing: define in your Cloud account authorized locations for mobile clocking. Employees cannot clock in or out if they are outside their assigned area(s). ABOUT TIMEMOTO The TimeMoto app is part of the TimeMoto Cloud time and attendance system, and as such, cannot be used without a TimeMoto Cloud account. Provided the device on which the app is running has access to Internet, the clocking data will be automatically sent to our Cloud server, where it can be viewed and managed through more advanced features.
