Seriously, none at all - just exercises!) What makes this app special? - A huge variety of effective exercises for your abs and core - 30-day challenges focused on strengthening different body zones - Simple yet effective meditations that you can do while walking - No exercise machines or equipment required - You can plan your workouts and track your progress easily - A great selection of fun music that will make exercising a blast! Information about the auto-renewal of subscription: – Subscription with a free trial period will be automatically renewed to a paid subscription – Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase – Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period – Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
