Evidensia: Vet appointments

This app is only available in Swedish for Evidensia Sweden customers. Please note that you need a Swedish Bank-ID and a Swedish phone number to access our services. Book practice appointments and video consultations with our veterinarians - all in one app! With the Evidensia app, you can easily book veterinary appointments at our practices and video consultations with one of our veterinarians on your mobile phone or tablet. You choose the appointment time and type that suits you and your pet best. If you have visited us before, we will have all the information about you and your pet. You can also add your pets directly in the app. You easily log in with your Swedish Bank-ID to get access to our services. WE HAVE YOUR PET'S JOURNAL Regardless of which clinic you visited or which service you used, you will be able to see all the information, home advice and medication your veterinarian has recommended. Every veterinarian can also see your pets medical records and view the history if you previously visited any of our clinics or had a video consultation. BOOK A VIDEO CONSULTATION WITH A VETERINARIAN - OPEN 7/7 When you book a video consultation, you can get general advice and recommendations, a diagnosis of your pet's health problem and some basic medication. In more urgent cases, the online veterinarian assesses how urgent it is, refers you to a suitable practice / specialist and informs you how you can treat your pet at home before your appointment at the practice. Video consultation services: - Tick medication - Veterinary consultations - Routine medication renewals (treatment in progress only) If your veterinarian recommends visiting an Evidensia practice for the problem you and your pet are seeking care for, you can get your money back for the video call. Please read the terms in the app. BOOK APPOINTMENTS AT OVER 70 EVIDENSIA PRACTICES In the app, you can easily book an appointment at one of our practices without having to call, at a time that suits you. You can cancel and change your bookings no later than 24 hours before the appointment starts. To view a list of practices and find the one closest to you based on location, we need to know where you are and therefore use the geographic location sharing feature. It is of course possible to use the app even without sharing your location, so you can choose whether you want to activate the service or not after you have logged in.
