IRAO offers our customers the mobile app with fast and easy access to our services in order to make your life easier. The app allows you to view your active insurance policies, submit health insurance claims and get reimbursement, request guarantee letters. Mobile App services are free of charge. App services require internet connection. The app is in two languages: Georgian and English. In case of any queries or issues when using the application, contact us at (0322) 949 949. Download the app, go through a simple registration process or log in with your ID number and password if you are already registered in order to get started. The application is only for IRAO Insurance Policyholders, who have active insurance policies in the moment. App Features: ► Insurance Policies: • View active insurance policies (Health insurance, Motor insurance, Travel insurance, MTPL insurance, Property insurance); • Policy details; • Payment schedule; • Health insurance card; • Health insurance plan, limits and coverage. ► Insurance Claims: • Submit health insurance claims and get reimbursement for outpatient or dental services - Take and send the photos of your medical and financial documentation or attach the electronic documentation; • Request a guarantee letter; • View claims’ history, status of submitted claims and further details ► Make a complaint, request or recommendation ► View locations of our service centers and contact information We constantly think to make insurance services more convenient and simplified for you and will offer additional services in the near future.
