The iOS app is purpose-built improve communications between boards and executive teams and accessibility to relevant content on the dashboard in preparation for meetings, votes, surveys, and projects. The Nasdaq Directors Desk iOS app includes the following features: • Meetings: Conveniently access meeting documents, agendas, and minutes on the move • Dashboard: View timely and relevant information in a single view • Calendar: View archived and future meetings and events and associated materials • Votes: View and cast votes that require participation • Email: Compose and respond to emails between board members, executives, and administrative staff • Surveys: Complete D&O Questionnaires, Conflicts of Interest Surveys, Board Evaluations, Self-Assessments, and other surveys that require participation • Signatures: Sign documents using DocuSign integration or BankID signature integration (for users in Sweden) • Document Center: Access document repository and take advantage of offline viewing and high-fidelity viewer with rich annotation tools • Presenter Mode: Advance through meeting documents, while keeping attendees in sync • Search: Conduct keyword search within the Document Center Security features include: • Encryption and password protection • TouchID or FaceID authentication support • Two-factor authentication support for RSA physical and soft tokens • Single sign-on authentication support • Content segregation between datacenters in United States, Europe, and Canada • Device de-registration to switch registered users without deleting and reinstalling Directors Desk is offered by local Nasdaq Corporate Solutions entities, depending on the geographical location of the customer, each such entity being a subsidiary of Nasdaq, Inc.
