This app provides users of MYOB Acumatica an easy way to access the business information they need, when they need it. Staff can access the app directly from their Apple device, enabling them to easily complete simple day-to-day tasks. This app is for users of MYOB Acumatica only – it does not work with the MYOB AccountRight or MYOB Essentials products. Key Features: Mobilise your supply chain and create Sales Orders from wherever your customers are. Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from Purchase Request, Requisition through to Purchase Receipt. Full suite of Warehouse Management activities with barcode scanning from Pick, Pack, Ship and Receipt through to Put Away. Enter Employee or Equipment time, Events, Tasks and Expense Claims or Receipts, using your device's camera to attach copies of each receipt. Create or manage CRM Contacts, Cases, Leads and Opportunities. Create Sales Quotes and manage Tasks or Events so you never miss an appointment. Shop floor capabilities to improve production feedback for manufacturers including material scanning and multiple labour entry options. Access Project details on site, perform project Issues and create Change Requests and Change Orders to better manage project scope and reduce cost delays. Create Daily Field Reports, capture Photo or Drawing Logs, enter Submittals and RFI’s to drive better project management practices. Create or manage open Service Case details while on-site, manage Equipment and Appointment lists to drive field service optimisation. Review documents requiring your approval, and approve or decline as required.
