Magazine de l'institut national de la consommation (INC). Réalisé par des journalistes professionnels qui travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les experts de l'INC. C'est un magazine sans publicité commerciale, ce qui garantit son indépendance vis-à-vis des fabricants et des distributeurs. L'INC réalise des études juridiques, économiques et techniques, des essais comparatifs de produits et de services. Ses ressources proviennent majoritairement de la vente en kiosque et par abonnement de ses publications. Le centre d'essais de l'INC achète, comme n'importe quel consommateur, de façon anonyme, tous les produits testés. Les essais effectués répondent à des cahiers des charges complets, définis par nos ingénieurs. Ils n'ont pas pour but de vérifier la conformité des produits aux normes, mais d’apprécier comparativement ces produits, le cas échéant de révéler les risques pour la santé et la sécurité des consommateurs. L'INC remplit ainsi son rôle : assurer une information objective et exhaustive, contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité des produits et services.
