Description

La aplicación ADMS te conecta a ADMS, dotándoles de acceso a una plataforma web de Gestión Documental. Cambia la forma de trabajar tradicional permitiendo subir fotografías o documentos de facturas emitidas, recibidas o tickets convertidos a formato PDF de forma fácil. Haz una foto a tu factura de compra o ticket, y comparte de forma fácil con ADMS la misma, para su posterior procesado y contabilización. Muestra en el portal del cliente de ADMS. ADMS convertirá la fotografía en un PDF para su posterior tratamiento. Sube un documento al despacho desde el dispositivo móvil, Tablet, etc, clasificando el tipo de documento e inicia el proceso de tratamiento para la perfecta contabilización en ADMS. Posteriormente las herramientas de producción de ADMS procesan la información, se adapta y publica posteriormente en un entorno colaborativo real.
