On-demand pilates workouts using the reformer, chair, tower, jumpboard, and mat. My workouts are designed to help you feel stronger, leaner, energized, balanced, and empowered. Hi Everyone and Welcome to April Plank Pilates. I started teaching Pilates over 20 years ago and have helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals. I am a NCPT (nationally certified Pilates teacher) and have a MS in both Exercise Science and Health Enhancement and Appraisal. I’m a lifelong athlete and use my background as a former gymnast, college athlete, fitness instructor, marathoner, and personal trainer to build fun, effective, creative Pilates workouts. I love sharing my passion for Pilates with others and I hope you enjoy doing my workouts as much as I enjoy teaching them. I hope these videos inspire you to make Pilates a part of your daily life.
