Lataa sovellus heti, kun lomasi on varattu ja saat seuraavat palvelut käyttöösi: • kohdetiedot ja lomanviettovinkit • lomakohteesi kartat, jotka toimivat myös ilman verkkoyhteyttä • chat-palvelu, joka aukeaa käyttöösi 3 viikkoa ennen lomasi alkua • lomakalenteri ja sää • lentotiedot ja varatut palvelut kohteessa • retkien ja aktiviteettien varaaminen, myös lomasi aikana* • varauksen maksaminen • valmiiksi suunnitellut kaupunkikierrokset** Aurinkomatkat-sovellus on käytössä lähes kaikissa kohteissamme.*** Ottaaksesi sovelluksen käyttöösi sinulla tulee olla voimassa oleva matkavaraus kohteeseen, jossa sovellus on toiminnassa. Sisäänkirjautumiseen tarvitset matkasi vahvistusnumeron sekä varaukselle ilmoittamasi sähköpostiosoitteen. Kirjautuminen tulee vahvistaa sähköpostiin lähetettävällä kirjautumislinkillä. Matkan varaaja voi kutsua muut matkaseurueen jäsenet sovelluksen käyttäjiksi sovelluksessa tai Omalomassa. Sovelluksen käyttäminen on maksutonta. Osa sisällöistä vaatii verkkoyhteyden, ja mikäli haluat välttyä datansiirtomaksuilta, suosittelemme wifin käyttöä matkakohteessa. *kohteissa, joissa on tarjolla Aurinkomatkojen järjestämiä retkiä ja aktiviteetteja matkasi aikana. **omatoimisissa kaupunkilomakohteissa. ***Aurinkomatkat-sovellus ei ole käytettävissä asiakkaan toiveesta räätälöidyillä matkoilla kuten esimerkiksi jos lähtökohde tai ajankohta on matkustajilla eri, varauksella on yhdensuuntaiset liittymälennot tai varauksella on useita matkan pituuksia. Emme voi taata sovelluksen toimivuutta, mikäli matkavaraukselle on jälkikäteen lisätty matkustajia. Sovellus ei myöskään ole käytettävissä ryhmävarauksilla, jälleenmyyjien tekemillä varauksilla tai varauksilla, joilla on pelkät lennot.
