Het volledige Farmacotherapeutisch Kompas staat voor iedereen toegankelijk op internet (www.farmacotherapeutischkompas.nl of www.fkzin.nl). De website is in 2017 volledig vernieuwd en bevat naast geneesmiddelteksten, ook indicatieteksten (met een handig stappenplan), groepsteksten en algemene teksten. Er zijn links tussen de verschillende documenttypen en links naar additionele betrouwbare informatie van andere organisaties. Teksten zijn makkelijk vindbaar door een geavanceerde zoekfunctie en teksten kunnen worden vergeleken met elkaar. De geneesmiddelteksten uit het FK zijn gratis beschikbaar als applicatie en offline te gebruiken (handig voor huisartsen en in ziekenhuizen). Deze applicatie wordt 2-maandelijks geactualiseerd.
