Guided Workouts: Take the guess-work out of Kegels; follow along with adaptive games and workouts. See Your Progress: Exercise is much more fulfilling when you can measure progress over time. The app is free to download and includes the above features for free. The app also offers auto-renewing subscriptions for our kGoal+ premium features and content, including Background Workouts (do workouts with the kGoal app in the background on your phone) as well as enhanced Workout Analysis.
