The digital services platform Lunna is here to assist and support you around the clock with issues related to your wellbeing. The service is available to the residents of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County. We also offer services to leisure time residents and travellers. Through our chat, you can reach out to healthcare and social welfare professionals. In the service, you can also discuss with a professional through pre-booked remote appointments and fill in forms and background information questionnaires. You are invited to act on behalf of your child or another person with Suomi.fi authorisations. We continuously develop the services available in the digital services platform Lunna. Please note that Lunna Digital Social and Healthcare Platform services are not suitable for handling emergencies. In case of an emergency, always call 112.
