ManWinWIn APP allows the management of your maintenance work from any location and is fully integrated with the ManWinWin platform in real time. Only accessible for Professional and Business licenses and will not work with ManWinWin Express or START versions. A single APP allows you to make maintenance requests, perform and report work orders, check stocks in the warehouse, create new equipment, register running records or any reading point or, using the reading of a QRcode, perform any operation directly on a specific equipment or system. Main features are: • Web API connection to any ManWinWin database installation. • Authentication to ManWinWin, according to access level defined. • Main window provides the user's requests and maintenance work, facilitating the day to day of all maintenance operators • Work order list allows you to easily track the status of each job. Each operator accesses their jobs and executes them, reporting time and materials used, both from the warehouse and direct purchase. • Each operator can place and manage their requests from a single site. The APP has all the necessary resources to manage Maintenance requests to report faults, Purchase orders when it is necessary to requisition an item that does not exist in stock or that is intended for direct application in a work order and Request to the warehouse, for those who want to manage the requests for items needed to carry out the work • List of existing equipment, with all the technical details and associated files, filters and various search resources. Optionally, by reading the QRcode, the user can directly access data of any equipment. • Creating new equipment with all the technical details and photography, all done from any location, in real time. • Consult all available warehouses with detailed information on stocks, unit costs and recent movements of each item in stock.
