Neo Gym was founded By Zoe Batson & Steve Walker Steve is a British natural bodybuilding champ and body transformation specialist, who also speaks to companies and individuals on energy increase as well as burnout and stress reduction techniques. Zoe Batson a mother of 3 and an incredible athlete who competed in the Spanish ninja warrior and is also raced as an Elite obstacle runner in Spain. Zoe's father Brendon Batson is the head of the players federation and also holds an OBE amongst other accolades and is recognized as one of the real game-changers in football, being one of a very small minority of black football players playing for England in the 60,s. These collective experiences along with Zoes work with the Duke of Edinburgh award fuelled the Neo core values and Neo life project focusing on teaching the right habits from an early age. Our core values are that with the Correct Training, Nutrition Advice, and Support our members can become both healthier and happier, creating a healthy relationship with their body and exercise "our vision is to create a gym that looks and feels like a playground for adults, allowing people to get in great shape and build friendships while feeling part of a community
