El Portal del Paciente es la plataforma web y aplicación móvil del Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, creada para facilitar la comunicación entre las familias y el hospital. A través de tu dispositivo preferido, gestiona de manera sencilla las actividades diarias en el hospital, actualiza datos de contacto, consulta y solicita cambios en la información de los pacientes vinculados a tu perfil. Además, tendrás acceso a las siguientes funcionalidades: - Alta Online: Alta Online: Gestiona la información de varios pacientes desde un solo acceso. El proceso de alta se realiza completamente en línea. - Citas: En la sección de cada paciente, podrás ver las citas programadas con las opciones para modificarlas, cancelarlas o confirmarlas. También podrás solicitar nuevas citas desde esta misma sección (solo para servicios no cubiertos por el sistema público de salud). - Informes: En esta sección, es posible descargar y compartir los informes disponibles, así como solicitar nuevos. - Urgencias: Antes de dirigirte al Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, consulta el tiempo de espera estimado en Urgencias. - eConsulta: Si el profesional asistencial ha autorizado el acceso, puedes realizar e-consultas.
