Description

Ca să folosești aplicația, trebuie să fi semnat contractul cu RetuRO și să îți fi înregistrat punctele de vânzare ca puncte de colectare. Aplicația RetuRO permite comercianților care au optat pentru colectare manuală să scaneze și să identifice ușor ambalajele SGR returnate de consumatori, care au logo-ul 'ambalaj cu garanție' și codul de bare specific. Accesând funcția 'Înregistrează o comandă de ridicare', se poate solicita ridicarea sacilor cu ambalaje colectate de la punctul de returnare declarat. Pentru eficientizarea fluxurilor de colectare, ridicarea ambalajelor SGR poate fi solicitată doar la cumularea a minimum trei saci. Procesul de conectare în aplicație este simplu, prin folosirea contului de utilizator (comerciant) valid din platforma portal.returosgr.ro. După conectarea în aplicație, următorul pas constă în alegerea punctului de returnare declarat. Pentru aceasta, comercianții vor utiliza ID-ul punctului de vânzare pe care îl găsesc în contul lor de utilizator din platformă.
