Description

Two practice drills backed by three info screens help you learn and apply SOH CAH TOA fast! Proof: My students used this app, and the scores on the test were never higher! As a bonus, they also learned it a lot faster! One drill is solving for an angle, the other is solving for a side. Each question is answered in two stages: identify the trig ratio to use, then identify the correct equation. As you continue to practice, the app keeps track of how many correct and incorrect responses you've made, your "streak," i.e., how many in a row you've had correct, and your all-time highest streak, so you can see your improvement over time! (These can be reset to zero at any time.) Also includes info screens detailing how I explain sine, cosine, and tangent to my students, which has evolved over 20+ years. Even if you know the basics, these are worth a read to see if you can pick up any new insights. Any new connections you can build around the same core information makes you stronger and faster!
