STIKO@rki - die neu gestaltete Impf-App für ÄrztInnen und Gesundheitsfachpersonal Die Ständige Impfkommission (STIKO) am Robert Koch-Institut (RKI) entwickelt Impfempfehlungen für Deutschland, die auch Grundlage für die Schutzimpfungsrichtlinie des Gemeinsamen Bundesausschusses sind. Die Empfehlungen gelten als medizinischer Standard und werden jedes Jahr im August in einer aktualisierten Version veröffentlicht. Eine interaktive Fassung der STIKO-Empfehlungen und weitere hilfreiche Informationen rund ums Impfen sind nun in einer einzigen App zu finden. Die STIKO@rki-App wurde vom RKI für die impfende Ärzteschaft und Fachpersonal im Gesundheitswesen entwickelt, um sie bei Fragen zum Impfen im Praxisalltag zu unterstützen. Mit wenigen Klicks bekommen NutzerInnen die für die Beratung der einzelnen PatientInnen relevanten Informationen. Ein erweiterter interaktiver Impf-Check, ein Reiseimpfungs-Tool sowie ein Erklärvideo-Bereich sind in der Vorbereitung. Abrufbar in der App sind auch die Fachinformationen aller Impfstoffe, Antworten auf häufig gestellte Fragen zu Impfungen sowie die RKI-Ratgeber zu impfpräventablen Erkrankungen. Über eine integrierte News-Feed-Funktion werden die NutzerInnen mit Nachrichten über aktuelle Informationen und Stellungnahmen der STIKO sowie über weitere wichtige impf-spezifische Meldungen (z.B. Lieferengpässe von Impfstoffen, Corona-News) informiert. In der App sind unter anderem zu finden: - Die aktuellen STIKO-Empfehlungen - Empfehlungen zu Impfungen bei bestimmten Risikogruppen (Indikationsimpfungen) - Empfehlungen zur postexpositionellen Prophylaxe - die Fachinformationen aller Impfstoffe - Antworten des RKI auf häufig gestellte Fragen (FAQs) - RKI ÄrztInnen-Ratgeber zu impfpräventablen Erkrankungen - Ein interaktiver Impf-Check, der die behandelnden ÄrztInnen bei der individuellen Impfberatung unterstützt. Basierend auf PatientInnnen-Angaben zum Alter, Geschlecht und der Impfhistorie wird dessen Impfstatus überprüft, noch ausstehende Impfungen werden identifiziert und Empfehlungen zum Schließen bestehender Impflücken gegeben. - NutzerInnen werden mittels Push-Nachrichten über aktuelle Informationen und Stellungnahmen der STIKO sowie weitere wichtige impfspezifische Meldungen (z.B. Lieferengpässe von Impfstoffen) informiert. Updates der App erfolgen automatisch.
