Quick blocks can be started with just one tap right after launching the app. To set a time limit, simply choose the duration and save. Scheduled blocks are also easy—just select either “Every Day” or specific days of the week, along with the time. That’s it. The core features are intentionally minimal—no complicated options. 2. Unlocking Requires a Thoughtful Reflection, Core Features Are Free To help you resist the urge (and dopamine hit) of using your phone, unlocking a block always requires writing a short reflection. It’s intentionally a bit of a hassle. Unlike other apps that charge for basic functions, Tokimochi offers Quick Block, Scheduled Block, and Time Limit completely free. 3. No Distracting Features The only push notification you’ll receive is a heads-up 15 minutes before your time limit ends—so you’re not caught off guard when the block kicks in. 4. No Sign-Up Required You can start using the app immediately after installing—no registration or login needed. 5. Subscription We currently offer a Premium Plan for $2.99 per month.
