A boost to MWM’s current momentum
In the past 12 months, MWM has doubled its revenue while increasing its profitability, by focusing on improving its own products with AI-integrations, as well as signing publishing partnerships with external developers.
One of those partnerships was with Swipewipe. The successful association led to the acquisition, validating diversification of MWM’s historical development model and fueling the company’s ambition to build the world’s largest consumer app ecosystem.

Swipewipe, a sensation in digital memories declutter
Swipewipe's unique swipe-based photo management system, coupled with AI editing features, has revolutionized how users organize and enhance their digital memories. Recognizing the app’s potential, MWM signed a publishing deal with Swipewipe in 2023. Soon after, Swipewipe became a viral sensation, garnering over a billion views on TikTok, amassing more than 5 million users, and leading to the deletion of 3 billion photos. Praised by TechCrunch as a hidden gem of 2023, Swipewipe topped the App Store charts in the USA, UK, Canada, France and over 15 other countries.
“Initially, we built the app for ourselves, and by making something that we wanted, we had made something other people wanted too,” says Adam O’Kane, New Hampshire native and founder of Swipewipe. “But the app didn’t have enough virality to allow it to grow on its own.
