Description

La comunidad hispana de AA en los Estados Unidos y Canadá y en otros países de habla hispana ha crecido de manera considerable en las últimas décadas. Si bien varios boletines y revistas locales, algunos de ellos inspirados en el Grapevine, han aparecido en países de habla hispana a lo largo de los años, están dirigidos usualmente a su comunidad local y tienen una distribución limitada en otros lugares. Además, numerosos miembros de habla hispana de AA querían desde hace tiempo poder leer y enviar artículos al Grapevine en su propio idioma. Esta necesidad expresada se llevó a la Conferencia de Servicios Generales en 1991 y se emitió una recomendación para que el Grapevine comience a publicar al menos un artículo en español cada mes. Estos artículos aparecieron regularmente entre septiembre de 1991 hasta junio de 1996.
